But it is not possible for someone to change overnight. This is because some people have tried so many times to change from unwholesome aspects of their lives without any success. There are so many evidences (in our midst) to show how bad habits have denied ordinary people the opportunity of living happier and healthier lives. Thereby living a fulfilled life became a mirage in their lifetime.
However, before any meaningful changes can take place in someone’s life, he/she must a have clear understanding for the need to a better life. Then setting and establishing of new priorities should be the next step, in order to have a meaningful change in one’s life. This has to do with choosing a behaviour that is different from the one we engage on now.
